Artist: Charlotte Beavers
Studio: Treasure Time Photography LLC
Artwork medium: Digital Photography
Photography has been an important part of artistic expression all of my life. I dabbled with it as a hobby and then turned it into a profession. I have enjoyed learning from film to digital over the past 30 years. I began as a Motorsports photographer over 20 years ago and later transcended into portrait, lifestyle, nature and photography art.
What inspired my entry? The history of music and the fiddlers convention inspired my photo of a fiddle casually standing beside an old red Barn. Emphasizing a natural rustic setting outdoors to symbolize heritage and continued admiration for fiddling as part of the Galax culture. This is my vision of what represents the passion for the music of our area and the love of this instrument.
